Platform rules

Effective October 1, 2026. Last updated October 2026.

YeshBe lets anyone turn an idea into a live app or website. These rules describe what you may not build, publish or do with YeshBe, so that the platform stays safe for the people who build on it and for everyone who visits what they build.

They apply to every app, website, page, file and message created, hosted or sent through YeshBe, and to how you use our services. They form part of our Terms of use. If the two conflict, the Terms of use apply.

What you may not build or publish

You are responsible for everything your apps and websites contain and do, including content your own visitors submit to them.

Phishing, scams and deception

  • Pages that imitate a bank, payment service, government body, login screen or another brand in order to collect passwords, card numbers or other personal information.
  • Fake stores, investment or crypto schemes, fake giveaways, advance-fee fraud and any other attempt to take money or information under false pretenses.
  • Impersonating a person or organization in a way that misleads people, including YeshBe itself.

Malware and harmful code

  • Distributing viruses, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers or any other malicious software.
  • Hosting code or pages built to exploit vulnerabilities in browsers, devices or other services.
  • Command-and-control servers, botnets, and tools for unauthorized access to other people’s systems.

Child safety

  • Any content that sexualizes minors, including drawn, animated or AI-generated material.
  • Content or functionality that facilitates grooming or contact with minors for the purpose of harming them.

Violence, hate and harassment

  • Threats of violence, or content that promotes or glorifies terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Content that attacks or dehumanizes people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
  • Harassing or bullying a specific person, or encouraging others to do so.
  • Content that encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.

Sexual content

  • Pornography and sexually explicit material.
  • Sharing intimate images of a person without their consent.
  • Advertising or facilitating commercial sexual services.

Illegal goods and services

  • Selling or promoting illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or stolen or counterfeit goods.
  • Selling stolen accounts, payment card data or personal data.
  • Unlicensed gambling, and any other activity that is illegal where you or your users are located.

Privacy and personal data

  • Publishing someone’s private information, such as a home address, ID number or medical records, without their permission.
  • Collecting personal data without telling people what you collect and why, or collecting passwords, payment or health data without the protection that data requires.
  • Hidden tracking, or surveillance of people without their knowledge.

Spam

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages through apps built on YeshBe.
  • Pages built only to manipulate search engines, such as doorway pages, link farms or mass-generated low-quality content.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights. Copyright claims follow our DMCA copyright policy.

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as U.S. law requires, and we remove it and close the account involved without warning.

Using YeshBe’s services

You may not use YeshBe in a way that harms the platform or other users, including:

  • Mining cryptocurrency, or running workloads that are unrelated to the app or website you are building.
  • Creating accounts in bulk or by automated means, or creating new accounts to get around a suspension or a usage limit.
  • Probing, scanning or testing the security of YeshBe or of other users’ apps without written permission. To report a vulnerability, see security@yeshbe.com.
  • Interfering with the service, overloading it on purpose, or bypassing rate limits, credit limits or other technical restrictions.
  • Reselling or giving others access to YeshBe in a way our plans do not allow.
  • Using YeshBe to build a product that copies YeshBe itself by extracting its prompts, models or output at scale.

How we enforce these rules

We review reports from the public and our own detection systems. When we find a violation, we choose a response that fits how serious it is, whether it was intentional and whether it has happened before. We may:

  • Ask you to change or remove the content.
  • Unpublish an app or website, or disable a feature such as email sending or a custom domain.
  • Suspend your account for a period of time.
  • Close your account permanently.
  • Report the activity to law enforcement or to the relevant authority where the law requires it or where there is a risk of harm.

For serious harm — such as phishing, malware or child safety — we act first and notify you afterwards. In other cases, we usually let you know and give you time to fix the problem before we act.

Reporting a violation

If you see an app or website built on YeshBe that breaks these rules, please report it. You do not need a YeshBe account. For copyright claims, follow our DMCA copyright policy.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Appeals

If we acted on your app, website or account and you believe we got it wrong, email appeals@yeshbe.com within 30 days. Tell us which account and app are affected and why you think the decision should change. A different member of our team will review it and reply.

Changes to these rules

We update these rules as the platform and the ways people misuse it change. When we make a material change, we update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let account holders know by email.
